General Price List

These prices are effective December 10, 2009 and are subject to change without notice.  The goods and services shown here are those we can provide to our customers.  However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and over head. If legal or other requirements make it necessary for you to buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent's survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any pre-need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

A.  SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF:                      $260

This fee is for our basic services and overhead.  It will be added to the total cost of the arrangements selected.  (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation.)  This fee includes registering the death certificate in the county where the death occurred, permit and sheltering of the decedent in refrigeration.

B.  TRANSPORTATION:                                                                    $116

Transportation of the decedent into our care from a Hospital or Coroner's office. from 09:00 - 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).  The following counties which would apply are Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Sacramento Counties.

C.  DIRECT CREMATION:                                                                  $698

Includes the removal of the decedent from a hospital or coroner's office within the above counties listed, sheltering the decedent in refrigeration, completing a signed death certificate, filing the certificate and permit with the local health department, alternative container, cremation process, utility urn, and register mailing the cremated remains back to the next of kin.  If you want to arrange for a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of material like fiberboard.  The container which we provide is fiberboard.  If the consumer provides a container, the direct cremation is $690.50.  The container must be made of fiberboard or the crematory will have an additional fee of $100.  We are able to provide this service for decedents who weigh up to 275lbs.
