1.  The next of Kin will complete the cremation arrangements on line and email them into info@adirectcremation.com or fax them to 1-877-460-0672.

2.  The staff will confirm all documentation and call the next of Kin to secure the credit card for payment of services.

3.  The staff will take the decedent into our care from a hospital or coroner's office within the counties listed on the website during normal business hours.  The decedent will immediately be placed in a cremation container and be sheltered in refrigeration.

4.  The staff will record the death of the decedent in the county where the death occurred and a permit will be issued by the state to approve the cremation.

5.  The staff will perform the cremation process at our family owned and operated crematorium, A Bay Area Crematory.

6.  The staff will place the cremated remains in a plastic utility container and registered mail them to the next of kin's address.
